  • Suppose to eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day. SO, I am told! gotta keep the body going and the metbolism too!
  • Ummm...generally, on a typical day...almost...nearly one.....call it none!...;-D...
  • I eat... a real breakfast with 45g carbs a snack with 15g carbs Lunch with 60g carbs a snack with 15g carbs dinner with 75g. carbs a snack with 15g carbs I am diabetic and this is the diet the nutritionist put me on. It sounds like a lot but if followed properly it can be a 1500 cal diet.
  • I usually eat 7 times a day 8am-3 whole eggs, 2 bagels with grape jelly 20 grams whey protein 11am-8 oz fat free cottage cheese, 1 oz mixed nuts 2pm 8oz turkey breast, salad w/vinegar and oil 5pm 25 grams whey protein, 1 large apple 7pm 40 grams protein (1/2 whey, 1/2 casein), 2 tbsp honey 9pm 8oz salmon, 1 cup mixed veggies 12am 40 grams of casein protein, 2 scoops peanut butter
  • I eat 2 medium sized nutritious meals and 3-4 small meals that are also nutritious.
  • On an average day 1 to 2 meals.Other days I fast on water only.I also tend to eat only when I am genuinely hungry and not at set times because of tradition,or because it's the norm.

  • All three meals that I have every day follow the nutritional guidelines of the diet that my endocrinologist gave me. That's Monday thru Friday. During weekends I shall confess that I break those rules, and sometimes I don't even have a full nutritious meal...I pass my day with bits and pieces of not so good stuff...
  • one.it is dinner.combine that with 32oz. of coffee and a 12pk.of beers and old spunts is ready for the next day. i stopped eating breakfast fall of '73, because at that time i couldn't afford it.i'm now stuck with this bad habit.it's hard to believe but more than 2/3 my co-workers have NEVER seen me eat or sitting down.
