No, laughter is infectious.

No, because laughing is more fun, if you are not ALONE. The canned laughter gives the viewer the audio illusion that s/he is in a room with others, who are also enjoying the comedy, as much as s/he is. It's done for psychological reasons. +5

YES!!! Im one of those people who gets outrageously annoyed by petty things and that's one of them. lol That's why I only watch reality shows :-)
