it was a joke. coat = cold.
i said it was not a dumb question. i dont know the answer either.
if you took offence to it too bad. sorry but i wont appologize for a sense of humor. you are entitled to your opinoin as well as i am. I just dont see how you can see the humor in it. I think you took it the wrong way cause you didnt make the coralation. you saw it as an attack rather than a joke. but if you read it agin you see i was tring to be funny like i am alot of the time. i dont want to hurt your feelings. when i hurt someones feelings i always let them know its coming. if you didnt misunderstand and still found it unfunny. i will sell you a sense of humor for half price today only. if you have a good trade in and good credit. you have one just like mine. you want to take it for a test drive?

Im so sorry Evanfris25 I did take it the wrong way. I did not catch on to the COAT being used with the word cold.
I do have a sence of humor and I hope some of the people including Spicy can back me up on this if she doesnt Hate me for being "stupid" on this stuff this morning. Please forgive me taking it the wrong way and Please Know that Im not really a bad person. I wrote before my mind caught up.:):):)

I am not offended and i read all your other stuff you wrote over the last few days. I thought you took it wrong. no big. I sometimes am tring to be funny when i shouldnt. i could have been alot more clear. but, i would never insult someone for no reason. Yeah I've seen a few names with COAT in em and I've always been meaning to ask what that's all about. I had 2 of em in my alerts yesterday so I was gonna ask what it meant. Then it came up with this old question to save me posting a duplicate.

In the "old" AB you had the option of giving negative (-) points(up to -5/per Q or A). The trolls loved it because they could work together in groups and anonymously down rate anybody they didn't like. Quite cowardly, wouldn't you say ? When the COATs were alerted to such unfair attacks, they would step in as a larger group and reverse the score by canceling out the minus points with positive (+)points. Back then it wasn't easy to tell who gave what, so many times we would indicate a +5 after our answer to show what points we gave. You'll probably notice the +5's if you ever look at old questions.

I dont agree with you celt, ive been upset once or twice when ive given top answer and then it gets trolled and falls five positions,I think its a very spiteful and mean thing to do.And then you go and answer another with no you dont drink and drive you have kids and then you get trolled because you have values? I think its a beautiful thing that the coats are doing.+5

I know a few nega trolls on here. They try to harass me to the point where they hope I'll violate the terms of service so the staff will give me the boot. One of them nega trolls got penalty boxed on Thursday for harassing me and a load of other users. Is there any way I could join this COAT group? I wanna get rid of assholes like that myself if I can.
