I'd like to think I'd be the fearless rabble-rousing rebel Jesus. I may be flattering myself of course.

A fearless Joshua, I would be. Imagine being chosen and spoken to by "God"! All the back up I would ever need.

God help me but probably Jonah. I would try to run away and then have to be taken by the hand to do what I need to get done.

I have been called into the service of the Lord. I am a parent. I have to raise a child and teach her to walk closely with the Lord.

I am like Moses. I do not think I possess all of the skills needed to be a parent. I admit this, but I believe He will reveal my gifts to me as I need them and let me know that I have had them throughout the entire journey. My Aaron is my wife and I am hers.

I like to think of myself as fearless and ready like Joshua but in reality I'm probably closer to Balaam and would need a talking donkey to make me finally see what I should be doing. I just hope it works out better for me than it did for him.

Hopefully, I would be as enthusiastic as David was. It's the least I can do for all the prayers He has answered so quickly for me. I know people who have waited fifteen plus years before getting a prayer answered. I believe that it is all in His time, He hasn't answered ALL of my prayers, mind you, but He comes through when there is a need.

This is why I would immediatly jump in with both feet when I heard His call into His service.

    Great question!!

    God Bless, <:))))<><
