What are easy ways to lose weight quickly, without having to join some kind of weight-loss group?

The answer to many of our bodily problems is SLEEP and WATER...get a good nights rest every night, feel refreshed when you wake up and go for a jog (20 mins) every morning.
make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water! (sometimes we eat when we're thirsty) keep your body hydrated.
dont stop eating what you like, just eat less of it! and STOP eating before you are full up.

I've answered this same question several times ; so here we go again ... lol ....

1) Cut out eating any food with white sugar or flour as much as possible.

2) Drink a 16 ounce glass of ICE water BEFORE each meal ... and two more glasses during the day ...

3) Eat at least One salad per day ; two if possible and do NOT use any of those hig calorie dressings ...

4) Try WALKING kinda brisk with arms swinging to 'n fro at your sides ... about a mile from your home and a mile back ... at least three times a week ; DAILY if possible.

In about five to ten days ; you WILL notice results ...

I went from 355 to 190 doing the above ... and YOU can also !! +5

keep track of how much you are eating and work out for an hour at least five times a week. i hope this helps (:

Since april I've done stretches in the morning and night before bed, cut out junk food and trans fat and instead of coffee I brew a strong thermos of green tea for work.
I've lost 20 pounds in 4 months

Exercise at least 5 days a week.
& eat a very healthy diet.
