the cost of waging combat would climb beyond any reasonable means to pay
the advantage of an army of patriotic volunteers is they are motivated by national pride and a sense of duty, and willing to work "on the cheap"
as usual happens in a consumer society, the real heroes of our nation are among the least paid
i would become a refugee..seein more horrble things..
I thought that is what happened during the Viet Nam War and still is sort of ...
