Help answer this question below.

My Grandpa wants to register his Dell Inspiron with Windows Vista. There is a window on his desktop asking him to register. There a three choices: Register, Register later, or Don't Register. When he clicks on them, nothing happens, it's been there weeks!

    is it laptop or desktop?
    and u need a serial number of windows vista..
    if u have laptop, serial number would be under the notebook.
