Why do you think eBay hasn't applied a language option selection for each eBay site which may be foreign to many users? ... Have you ever used a foreign site but language has been a problem?

Because there is no need to. If you're in America, you should understand english. If you're in China, well you have ur own site. And so forth.

- Thats obvious ;) ... but what if you are a seconhand dealer, art collector, rare auto parts etc ... and often shop through Euro sites, which I often do for blacksmith tools and art etc ... Many thanks
