My handwriting is, yes.
This is because I spent 20 years in the Navy and everything official is written in capital letters.
This is for legibility reasons and uniformity. All logs and other paperwork are done this way so that it is easier to read them.
So writing in caps is second nature to me, and I have to think about it in order to print lower case letters or script writing.
No to write in Capitals all the time on the Internet is considered shouting and very rude.
No! some would see it as over emphasizing!! :-/ e.g. shouting on line !!

No... The majority of the time, if someone else is going to read it, I try to, since my handwriting really sucks badly. Even so, some people find it difficult to read. (And I don't do cursive, except for my signature.) ;-)
i rarely do...and i dont like to start sentences with capitals when im online either. its my style....lol
