You're reading LDS "Thus God the Father did not create the planet that His Father had already created." If this other God created the planet....he would be more powerful or at least had come before this secong God....Why do they not worship him instead??? God's Father

(Fielding Smith, The Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, 373 [pre-2002 edition]; D&C 93:29-35; 131:7-8; and Abraham 3:18-28). This is where it came from....

Now, can you provide the quote in context? I don't have access to the book in question and without out seeing it in context, I wouldn't want to comment on it. I also expect that, if we saw it in context, then the meaning would become clear.

I'll see what I can do, but regardless of whether it is in context or not the meaning seems pretty clear It says God's father created the planet earth....

"Thus God the Father did not create the planet that His Father had already created. No God for any world created all worlds. No God for any world created intelligence, matter, or the laws that govern them. These are eternal. Any person, including a God for any world, eternally existed as intelligence, and not as God."

Well, first of all, it does not seem that Joseph Smith is referring to this word when he spoke of the world that was created by God's Father.
-
Second, he seems to also be referencing the idea that even God is governed by rules and laws. We do not believe that miracles are a violation of the natural order of things. They don't violate the laws of nature. They are a reflection of God's greater understanding of these laws and ability to "manipulate" them to accomplish His designs.
-
Finally, he is also speaking in the concept that we are all eternal beings. There is a component in all of us that is eternal. This component is referred to as intelligence. The precise nature of this intelligence is unclear, but I like to think of it as being the core of what we are, our personality. Then through God's plan of progression, these intelligences advance through different stages of existence until we can become like our Heavenly Father.

That's what I'm saying....How do you tell these Gods apart....Youd think they'd go by their names for the simple reason of causing less confusion.
.
And it seems to me he says God THE FATHER (which I would think of Jesus) didn't create earth.....He then goes on to explain that no one God created ALL worlds....And then he goes on about intelligence, but regarding earth it seems pretty crystal clear that God's father created planet earth......

Actually, according to our beliefs, it was Jesus, acting under the direction of the Father that created the Earth. As for the rest of it, this is where we get into the hazy world of speculation as God has not revealed the details of just who may have created what other worlds.

But it syas Jesus created all things physical ON the earth???? Not the earth it self

I don't see that the quote you gave said that. Personally, I still don't see that quote that you gave gives enough for us to really be certain what he was saying with respect to this. This is why I prefer to see the entire reference. It is very easy to get confused about what someone is saying from just a small snippet. Sometimes it is necessary to see a much longer portion of what was said before you can get the full meaning. However, according to our beliefs God gave the instructions and Jesus carried them out.
