I have a lease purchase agreement on a house owned by my ex-mother-in-law. she recently passed and now the executor of her will does not want to honor the agreement. What do I do?

    You may need a real estate attorney. Without knowing more facts, it seems that your agreement should be binding. Contracts entered into during life, don't cease with we die. If you borrow money, the obligation to pay it back doesn't go away with death.
