    Well... In the UK the term "biscuits" also refers to American "cookies", right?

    If we're talking cookies, I LOVE shortbread cookies.

    If you mean like dinner biscuits (little bread things?) I like buttermilk biscuits (with butter).

    If you mean like crackers, I enjoy Wheat Thins, Triscuits, and Ritz crackers.

    And, since I'm hungry, they all sound pretty darn good right now.

    I have favourite types of biscuits depending on their use.

    Cream biscuit - Kingston
    Savoury biscuits - Cruskit with cheese and tomato
    Entertaining biscuits - Rice Crackers with cheese
