Advertised Free Fed. and e-file. When completed, e-file.com wants money or signed agreement to deduct $59.00 from returns. Legal or illegal?

I have two childern, if I inverted their Social Security Numbers on my tax return, would that cause and error or hold my refund?

yep, someone could have already filed using one of the numbers you are trying to use, probably ID theft....it's getting worse....
