I located a pill with similar markings, there is only one difference, it says L484. It is also oblong, and white. Is the 3 an 8? If so it's Acetaminophen 500 mg, which is an over the counter pain reliever.

Its a zanx witch is none as benzos these are very additive an easy to over dose on...I was once addited to them stay away...my little brother who is 13 he just got arrsted an got 5 years probation cause he got caught with these...soo stay away from them..

I have another pill, a white table with the letters "REKO" imprinted on one side, the other side is blank. Diameter = 1 cm.
