  • Yes. "Hate speech" is one of them.
  • You have all the freedom of speech you want untill you offend somebody. Then thy try to shut you up for using that freedom, kinda making it less of a freedom.
  • I'm not free to yell "fire" in a crowded theater.
  • if there is restrictions it not free using words and getting arrested for a hate crime?
  • yes i do,,,we should all be free to say what we want,,,don't matter what,,,
  • Yes, so many people want to be Politically Correct so things just build tension and frustration by not being able to say what we really mean to say without worrying about offending someone. :-/
  • I have never seen a law, that prohibits any of us from saying what we want, as long as what we say does not bring on physical harm to others as a result. Our freedom of speech does not give us the go ahead to disrespect the wishes of those who create rules within their own boundaries. Like a website others own and tell those who visit to not say such words they have listed as forbidden. This is no more a violation of your rights as you making rules in your own home and being able to show to the door, those who have broken your rules. The freedom of speech only states that the government can not create a law that tells you what you can and can not say.
