Help answer this question below.

I have a real problem with eating healthy and I guess its cause I don't get fat- but I know I shouldn't eat like this- how do I start to eat normal foods? my diet consists of ton of candy- I mean TONS!

    Just start out small. Like change one unhealthy meal during the day into a healthy one. Or if you want sweets have a small one. Like a mini snickers or something. I love sweets, they are my biggest downfall in dieting because chocolate makes me feel so good, lol, but I don't have a high metabolism and it impacts my weight hardcore, but every now and then I like to treat myself to something sweet. Anyways, take baby steps, just because you don't gain weight from the foods you eat doesn't mean that the unhealthiness of the foods doesn't effect you. Unseen things are going on, mood changes/swings, etc.

    My finacee is the same way. She has EXTREMLY high metabolism, YET she eats like she should weigh 689 lbs.....well, she use too. Though she found it complex, she now eats a WHOLE lot healthier...She started out small...a little abit of SWEET fruits and worked her way towards SEMI-SWEET fruits. For the vegetables, she ate corn on the cob, peas & any other veggies that is natually SWEET-to-SEMI-SWEET & from there, she began to eat cheeseless-brocolli, califlower, squash, etc. NOW when I attempt to take her to a place w/ nothing but pastries, she'd eat only one or two sweets, then drag me to a health-food market right after.
