Can I finance a car in my name and put the title in my daughter's name?

    I believe not, unless you co sign for her then everything can be in her name, if not then everything has to be in your name and you will have to add her on your insurance.

    Where I live you can. All the bank cares about is that they have a lien attached to the title so the repo-man can come get it if you don't pay.
