Buy your own green beans, roast them in your own roaster to the exact stage of darkness desired, let cool on a perforated pan for 10 minutes and age for 4-8 hours. Now they have to be sealed or they will lose flavor quickly.
Now you need what's called a burr grinder to crush the beans evenly for perfect brewing. Set that to fine and grind away.
Lastly buy an expensive Italian coffee maker. It needs to have MORE THAN 15 BARS of pressure to brew well.
You're almost there! Use super-pure water and of course that freshly roasted coffee. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!
"I'm buying!" ..... or the water.
