It's gotta be the Matrix shootout in the first movie, when they walk into that building at the end and shoot it out with those guys for like 5 minutes in slow-mo...amazing!

Choreography would play a big part. Top choice would have to be one from a Zhang Yimou film, for sure. It would be hard to choose which.

It's not a "sequence" per se, since it's broken into two parts, but I love the scenes in "Ocean's 12" where Toulour does his yoga and then gets through the lasers using the same moves.

I also have a strange appreciation for the museum bit towards the end of "The Thomas Crown Affair" - but I think it's largely due to the spot-on choice of music for that scene with Nina Simone's "Sinnerman."

I like the ending scene in "Twister." Much of the movie was filmed here in Oklahoma a.k.a. Tornado Alley. Yippee, and we are coming into tornado season.
Technically it's not an action movie though.

Jackie Chan's fight scenes. He does some pretty amazing stuff and he doesn't use a stunt double. Like when he jumped from the top roof of one building onto a fire escape on another building. (I don't remember the name of the movie). That was all Jackie! I think that is when he broke his foot too.
