I love storms. When it comes to soothing and relaxation, large storms with strong wind, dense rain and loud thunders is the best thing for me.

I don't know anymore.
I was always a little nervous of them (a friend of my sister died by being struck by lightning when I was a kid), but never afraid.
Now, we have not had a storm since the one that ripped the roofs off of everyones buildings.
I'll know when we have our next storm.

Lightning changes the charge of the ions in the atmosphere from positive to negative thus giving some sensitive people a bit of a headache and making others feel a little bit euphoric.

Here in southern California we almost never get a good storm. When I lived in Alabama I used to really enjoy the thunderstorms. They were magnificent displays of the power of nature. The flash and then the boom. Really cool. Unless you were outdoors too near the lightning. People get killed like that sometimes. So a reasonable fear is a good thing, but mostly they are really fun and exciting (is that cool?).
