Can you relate to Dr. Laura?

I listen to her all the time on my MP3 player. I agree with almost everything she says. I am not sure about her point that as long as a woman takes great care of her husband, being charming and lovely, feeding him well and providing great sex he will never cheat or will look around for a new honey. Maybe she is right up to a point, but a good number of men will always look for new adventures....or maybe I am wrong.....

She is so wrong on so many issues I don't even know where to begin. But you gave a perfect example. Being "Betty Homemaker" doesn't ensure squat in terms of a husband who has a desire to cheat.

I agree with her that some wives become so bitchy and unloving that they start pushing their husbands away. I have heard several calls in which she asks the female caller: Are you the kind of wife your husband may love to come home to?.....and there is silence on the other side, or they will admit that they have been bad wives.

Ahhh I just think Dr. Laura is a little wacky and she's gotta a lotta balls. The reality is that we are in the 21st century and women have different priorities, in Dr. Laura world women seem to be very step-fordish.

The sad part is that with those different priorities women have these days....kids are being neglected and that's very bad for our society.

Ahh don't twist the fact that women are focused differently than they were in the 1940's to the reason children are being neglected. That's a whole other discussion all together Ramey.
