Are all the states linked for dmv? As far as if you can't have a DL in one state because of suspension can you get one in another state?

Part of the license documentation you sign to get a license in most states says that you do not have a suspended license in another state.

You might be able to use the DL for a bit, but if you ever get pulled over they will run your name through some databases and you'll get in some fraud trouble.
