  • What the hell for? No. A guy would have to be much more insecure and vain to get these than a woman who gets breast implants.
  • Nope. Two reasons. 1) I have decent (and proportional) pecs already 2) Purely cosmetic surgery is an exercise in vanity and I don't feel like spending my time and money to suffer for vanity.
  • I decided a long time ago that I was not going to worry about going bald. If I am not going to worry about something like that, which some relatively minor surgery can fix, then why would I want to have some actually stick foreign objects into my body for purely cosmetic reasons? No, I will never get pack implants.
  • For most people, the phrase "breast enhancement" brings to mind women who have implants for larger, more beautiful breasts. Yet there are procedures for men that can give them the strong-looking chest they have always wanted. Breast enlargement for men is less well known, but it can help provide the masculine, muscular look to the chest that some men cannot achieve no matter how much they work out. What Are Pectoral Implants? Pectoral implants can give a man a defined outline to the chest and the appearance of high, firm pectoral muscles. These implants are made of solid silicone, a material that has been widely and safely used in medicine for decades. Silicone pectoral implants should not be confused with breast implants used for women, which are silicone sacks filled with either saline (salt water) or a silicone gel. Pectoral implants are solid and cannot leak or rupture. Pectoral implants are made in a number of sizes and shapes that mimic the natural shape of a well-developed pectoral muscle. They can also be custom made.
  • No.....
  • I hope all you men say "no" to this question.
  • Please dont men! i saw a man on the beach yesterday with pec implants and he looked about 70! he looked ridiculous!
  • Haha no. In fact, this is the first time I've honestly heard of "peck implants". That's pretty funny.
  • Don't be ridiculous
