Nope. Two reasons. 1) I have decent (and proportional) pecs already 2) Purely cosmetic surgery is an exercise in vanity and I don't feel like spending my time and money to suffer for vanity.

I decided a long time ago that I was not going to worry about going bald. If I am not going to worry about something like that, which some relatively minor surgery can fix, then why would I want to have some actually stick foreign objects into my body for purely cosmetic reasons? No, I will never get pack implants.
