Maui. Definitely take the Road to Hana.
Great beaches all around. If you're adventurous, try Little Makena Beach (Pu'u Ola'i Beach), a clothing-optional beach, very comfortable and laid back.
Haleakala National Park -- fabulous!
Pineapple and other plantations!
Not as crowded or touristy as the bigger islands.
