The capsule is a capsule because the breakdown of its coating is timed and meant for it to break down at a certain point in the process of digestion.
You can get VERY sick if you do that and you have to get your blood work done like you do, because it just so happens to be a drug that can FUCK-UP your liver...
So please... Don't do that.
Im calling your doctor and telling him to give you something else anyway. Lithium is a dinosaur drug... It needs to be retired and put to death!
