I actually had this happen! We were going to keep the cat but it must have found a home or its way home before we had to go through all the Dr stuff

Let's see...slight discomfort vs letting another being starve and freeze to death so I won't get the sniffles..
    Tough call, huh?

Yes I would, and we have done this. I think of how awful it must be to be freezing and starving with no place to keep warm.

I would find a warm place for it, give it food, and make some phone calls to find someone else who could take it in. If I couldn't find someone else who could take it in, then I would take it in. That's if I was allregic. Now, if my kid was allergic I would just take the cat to an animal shelter if I couldn't find someone else to take it in.

Hmmm...lets think about this. 3 years of pain and possible severe reactions plus abou $2000 to get the shots versus one phone call to get the cat to a humane society....No, I would not take the cat in myself, I would take it to the Human society. I honestly think that paying $2000 dollars and risking your life for a cat on the street is a pretty stupid decision.
