not unless your battery operated toothbrush uses a wall outlet of 120 Volts AC.

I would guess that you might get a little shock, but it would not have enough power to electrocute you. A DC battery has a very limited current compared to an AC plug in appliance. If you touch the two ends of a 9 volt battery to your tongue you feel strong tingle but no electrocution.

well battery powered toothbrushes are designed to be waterproof so you dont get a shock when you brush your teeth so im guessing no unless your toothbrush has a very high voltage. Im not trying to insult you but if i have then sorry

No, and it doesn't nearly have enough power to clean grout. If you want it clean you'll either need a power-sprayer or a wire brush. That stuff's the devil to clean.

You'll be that forever and won't be satisfied with the job when you're done. A power washer will do the job quickly and easily and your knees and back will thank you for it.
-
It you could, you'd also get shocked from brushing your teeth! That size batteries don't have enough voltage to electrocute you.
-
No, unless there is something else involved - not by the toothbrush unless it is of higher power than any I am aware of. +5

No mate, over-wise it would not be be certifiable to be used as a toothbrush (because you submerge the toothbrush often in water or saliva). Secondly, a toothbrush is way underpowered to clean tile grout, a power washer or a wire brush is needed instead. . Even if did get shocked by the toothbrush, there is not enough volts to do you any harm

thank you all for answering, and now i am living proof that you will not be electrocuted!:D, i used a hand brush, battery toothbrush and undiluted liquid clorine..LOTSA work!
