Help answer this question below.

I am a US citizen. How can I find out on how to deport this illegal immigrant who tried to rape my cousin's best friend?I want more info if any body can help me find websites or phone numbers for deportation. Any help out there

    The police should be contacted first, and mention his illegal residency when filing the report.

    Don't wait too long to file a report with the police, and then you should contact the INS. When you make a report to the police, they will also advice you on the immigration matters concerning this illegal person.

    Make a police report and then call INS.

    Once a police report has been completed, INS will have to investigate.

    Deporting isn't the right issue to here. The crime and policy is. Do you want the guy to go back to his homeland and pay a small years of jail? No, contact the police first, they'll give that sex offender a great value of years in prison, and afterwards he'll be send to his homeland with a criminal record. Deportation should not be done, they'll find of his legal status while doing the investigation.
