Help answer this question below.

When i press the scan button it just displays "downloading application list". How do i get this off so i can use the scanner again?

Ensure that the software Lexmark Imaging studio ( it cane with the all in one) is running on the desitnation PC. I am guessing that other software capable of twain ( accepting a scan load request) will work, but this is not tested.
