In birth control there is a week of pills that allow for period. Is it healthy to just skip that week so i don't have to have a period? could i continue to do this for a couple months, with out complications?

    You can do it now and then but it isn't good to mess with your body's cycle too much. Plus, you may find that you get spotting or it doesn't work as well if you try for more than one month in a row.
