Help answer this question below.

I need some serious help, I have been off steroids for a lil over a year. And want to compete in this natural bodybuilding show,The thing is your supp. to be natural for 5 years, I can pass the urine test but i need lie to pass the polygraph test any help

    I'm sorry... but other competitors are entering a NATURAL bodybuilding show. It would be unfair to others if you have not stayed that way, even if it was a few years. If you really love bodybuilding, wait a while =)

    I sound very naive, I know. I wish to stay naive for the time being =)

    You are in big trouble. What help can anyone offer here. The only advice I can give is never to take the steroids again, because they have stuffed up your hopes and dreams.

    I know it old, but had to comment. first time I heard or seen a polygraph test just to compete in bb show, I compete most times in natural bb comps.. Just lie and kick ass lol natural bbers wont stand much of a chance.

    To pass a poly and lie,

    Squeeze you ass cheeks like you are trying to take a shit.
    Put a tac in your shoe and whenever you answer push down and stab it into your skin.
    bite your tounge.


    All at the same time and it will makes the results go nither way.

    Steriods are great if used under medical supervision.
    All top Bodybuilders use them to great results.
    Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Lee Haney, Tom Platz, Lee Priest. All the great Bodybuilders today & in the past have used them, And stop using them say a few weeks prior to competition so as not to fail drug test.
    Buying steriods from street vendors now that is Dangerouse . Go to legal steriods.com Or speak to a Doctor. So much bad press about steriods. Different Steriods may have different side effects. Dont forget you can also get other stuff like:
    Testosterone injections, or Hormone replacement therapy.
    I am not a steriod user, But I can see why top bodybuilers use them. There is money to be made if you have a great physique.

    Place a thumb tack inside your shoe, just under your big toe. As you are asked a question of which you would normally answer truthfully, press agianst the tack hard enough to cause moderate pain. This will show irratic respone and thus render te poly useless. Solution, not a lecture morals and sporting ethics. Good luck!!!

    I think it might help if you ask a question toyourself in your head and then say the correct answer. like in your mind you ask. Do you shower 5 times a day? answer outloud No. I would doubt this would work so better ask an expert with the lie detecting.
