I might do it. What's it about? What's your budget? LOL! Usually, when I hear people say they want a web site they don't expect to pay for it, especially if it is a personal site. In fact, even businesses that want sites are only paying in cans of beans and live chickens these days. Maybe you just need a blog? Have you considered Blogger.com?
