Help answer this question below.

My friend is 17, she will be 18 in 2 mos. She recently went on someones property with a bat and beat them in the face n broke their wrist. Can she be tried as an adult if charges are pressed? How much trouble will she be in?

    If I were the D.A. I would charge her with attempted premeditated murder because she used a lethal weapon.
    She should be tried as a minor because she is, in fact, a minor.

    Im going to go with yeah, she could have a couple of charges on her 1 trespassing, 2.assault and battery and 3.assault with a deadly weapon.

    I do believe she can be charged as an adult, depending on the laws of your state, and depending on whether she has a history of delinquency in the past.
