No, because everyone is special for different reasons. If we were all 'special' for the ssame reason then we wouldn't be special

  • Taking a purely panoramic view of things I would be tempted to agree; however on a smaller interpersonal level, everyone is special TO someone in some capacity, so in some small way every person alive can be special while not necessarily standing out from the population as a whole as having any extraordinary qualities.

AGREE!!!! I think some stand out, and some don't. not to say anything's wrong with those who don't, but saying everyone's special most certainly takes the specialness out of being special.

Some kinds of special are more special than others. Some kinds of special can only be seen by a particular (same or other) kind of special.. some people put more effort into achieving their own kind of special than others; to know one's own personal speciality is only the first step on the road to becoming really special. (too many 'special's' there!) but i think i just mean 'potential to be special' again.........

Yes. You are unique, just like everyone else.

What makes ME special certainly isn't the same thing that makes anyone else special. This is, afterall, what makes us all special- the fact that our uniqueness is our own.
Although I must agree that the statement makes alot of sense.

Nope I do not agree. That is what is so good about being special; everyone can be it and it still means something. We are all special in some way that no one else is.
