If you are looking from the Search Engine Optimization perspective, then a goo website should be contextual (original content) and coding should be indexable by the Search Engines. Your file names must contain the primary keyword of that web page. Follow the SEO standards to get the best out of your website.
Nudity. Or social-networking. Or both.
The ease with which VISITORS can use ALL of the "bells & whistles" on the website.
The more "user friendly" a website is, the better it is, IMHO.

One of the best thing that a website must have is a good content. The more it contains necessary and important data and information, the more it gathers visitors and that increases traffic.
