I had my tounge ring pierced for about 4 weeks now & i have a few questions about it. Is it about time i change the ring? Does the hole close up quickly? What do you have to do when you go to the dentist with the piercing? Do most jobs discriminate

I got doubles in my tongue so i left them in for at least 6 weeks. I felt it did "close" up quickly. Now, years later i leave it out for days and its ok. Dentists will ask for you to take it out if your getting x-rays. And i havent had a job ask me to take them out yet.
