I just got my first speeding ticket ever (going 59 in 40 zone according to the radar). i plead not guilty going to court. any suggestions how to have this ticket dismissed?

    Its hard to beat a radar citation in court.

    What are your grounds for pleading not guilty?

    If you are found guilty in court, it will cost you a lot more than going to the defensive driving class.

    Found guilty in court will have marks bestowed on your drivers license, higher insurance rate, and expensive court costs.

    Almost 20 miles per hour over the posted speed limit really comes close to reckless driving.

    You might want to reconsider your plea. its cheaper!
