If I use "Inprivate browsing" that is that is now offered with Internet Explorer, will I be able to visit web sites and see "picutes" without those "pictures" being saved on my hard drive somewhere?

Yes. Unless you actively download a file you can browse all the porn sites you want and none of them will be saved to your computer. In addition, if you want all your history erased from all sites in IE, go to the Tool section (the wrench icon upper right corner of screen), pulldown menu and open Options, click on Under the Hood, and in the Privacy section there is a box labeled "Clear Browsing Data." Click that and it will erase the History of all the sites you've visited on IE. "Inprivate" does not save it anyway, but if you want to clear everything from your browsers history that will do it.
