Is it true that when eating ice cream, instead of cooling you off, it actually makes your body warmer in the long run?

  • Not if you drink ice water after.It helps to prevent the milk in the ice-cream from heating up in your body.Dairy is more easily heated up then water,FYI.;)*+++++*

    I've heard that your body has to work harder to warm up the ice cream (or to replace the heat that was lost)so that it can be digested.
