  • If it has remained frozen, the entire time, it is probably safe to eat(although many sources would say no. The taste and nutritional value have long since departed. Throw it out!

  • it's probably safe to eat. It's probably not going to taste as well as if you had used it earlier. You should always rotate the food in the freezer (or any food) so that you use the oldest first and it should be used up within a year
