Tried Bulgarian Tribulus Terrestris, Natural Testosterone Enhancer, 90 Capsules, 750mg and had a nasty skin reaction. I have not had spots since I was a teenager. So I had to buy the clean & clear astringent to get rid of problem. Only took one tablet
