Will a guppy eat its fry if I always keep her well fed? She will have fry anytime but will she eat them even if she just ate?

Yes. Live food is irresistable to them. I once saw a guppy explode after eating too many live brine shrimp. But if you just provide sufficient hiding places for them, the fry will do just fine. I started with 6 guppies in one tank. Within a couple of months I had over 70. I actually wish they'd eat more fry!

I find the best way is natures way, just provide lots of hiding places for the fry. Java moss is very good for this but and dense weed will do. Then the fittest will survive.
