Is it ok to continue jogging during conception and waiting to hear the result?

    Normally - it's perfectly safe to continue an exersize program that your body is already accustomed to.

    Don't start any NEW exercise programs, though.

    Also, don't overexert yourself, get your heart rate overly high, or exercise in hot weather. Increasing your body temperature is a no-no when pregnant.

    If you have specific questions about your situation, ask your doctor. They'll know best.

    Thanks guys, I do remember carrying on with my son but I just have this doubt in my head that the embryo will detatch. I stopped running to concieve and haven't run since and it's been about 3 weeks. My body may get a shock if I start running again, any thoughts here please?

    Coception to me is the start of becoming pregnant.
    I would like to see soemone running down a road whilst someone is trying to inseminate them!

    As my doctor told me as long as your body is used to that level of activity keep on doing it. I was training and riding horses when I became pregnant, and was told to go ahead and continue just be careful to not get thrown off.
