Im an African American Female and I have ALOT of dark marks and scars from when i was younger on my legs and arms. I don't wear shorts or dresses or even short skirts because of these marks. I just want them to go away. So how do i get rid of them?

Pay a visit to a dermatologist. They are the only ones who can help you with that.
