Question

Help answer this question below.

I built my own cold air intake with a spectre cone filter and their mass air flow sensor holder tube. I am getting a check engine light and it idles horrible. Also it wont let me go past 4k rpm now. Any ideas?

If there isn't any airflow going through the MAF (ie. air the engine doesn't know it has) it will run like crap. Make sure all vacuum lines have been reconnected or rerouted accordingly and make sure there are no air leaks.
