WOW I think you are screwed and supporting her and her baby now. Unless you take her to court and see how you can reduce it or change it... if she is getting support for this baby
i haven't heard of any, alimony is usually tied to things like her income, your income, her marital status. it's rarely long term anymore. you can go to your county law library and do the research yourself, if you've got the research skills and interest. or, hire a student or paralegal.
No. In some cases Alimony stops when the receiving spouse remarries and in other cases even cohabitates with someone of the opposite sex. But her "behavior" or having another baby will not relieve you of alimony payments.
This would not be dependent on state law, but on case law from pass challenges. Pay a law student or paralegal to do the research for you, before hiring an attorney to charge you $200 an hour to do the same thing. If there is a preponderance of case law in favor of this, than hire an attorney. I would like to know the results of the research to add to my materials for fathers rights.

You're reading I pay alimony to my x. However not more then a year later she has a child from a "friend" of mine. Is there anyway to fight the alimony due to that?
