Help answer this question below.

Marrige is over we just doing the devoice but what are my rights i now PAY the morrige and the rates .we sleep in sepret rooms have done for 3 years but if i leave the house what rights do i have are daouhter is now 14 . so dont know where i stand i go

If you and your wife both want the divorce, the two of you may can amicably divide your property and decide how to both care of and spend time with your daughter without it turning into a big huge mess.
