Also, get you cash out of bank and valuable that you may need to support your kids and yourself during the divorce. Once divorce file, you cannot do anything to savings, checking, property. You can't sell things. But before filing, your stuff is your stuff and you can sell it. Also have you tried reporting him to his higher ups. Most important, make sure there is a police report of the abuse. this will help in filing a divorce and if he contest child custody. If you have children he can file for child custody too.
1. don't shout.
2. get a divorce like anybody else. call a lawyer.
3. if he's abusive get out of the house & file a restraining order on him.
4. don't ask this question again. once was enough, twice was too much, three times- you're a troll.
