Is it legal for a pitcher to have a flag on the finger part of his glove?

    It must be part of the glove and not an additional attachment. The glove, other than the leather piping, cannot be white or gray. If the umpire judges the glove to be distracting, the umpire can have the pitcher's glove removed from the game. (OBR Rule 1.15)
