I don't know who said it was different. Everybody has their own idea of fun. I happen to like both but get very aggravated when I lose that $100 too quickly at the blackjack table or on the slots;)
i dont know about you, but i looooove riding jet skies way more than gambling...well, i never gambled before.
They are similar in as far as with either activity you are likely to get soaked.
Difference is few people become compulsive and line up for ride after ride on the jet ski. Draining their kid's college fund to finance it.
If you aren't a gambler and can just spend the 100 and go, it's just a fun activity.
I don't think it is any different. And while we're at it, I would rather spend $100 eating in a good restaurant. Entertainment is entertainment, no matter where you find it.

You're reading Why is spending $100 on gambling different than spending $100 on riding a jetski? Both are fun, at least when ya have fun on gambling, it may not be lost.
